With low temperatures and a chance of snow, many organizations throughout the Atlanta area can help with shelter and heating assistance. The Atlanta Union Mission has been providing food and shelter to the homeless in Atlanta for 70 years. They offer emergency shelter and transitional housing at six different centers.
