Aging Commission of the Mid-South

The Mission of the Aging Commission of the Mid-South is to assist older adults or persons with disabilities in leading independent, meaningful, dignified lives in their own homes as long as possible. The Aging Commission offers services through four programs; Older Americans Act-Supportive Services, Family Caregiver Support Program, OPTIONS for Community Living Program and Tennessee's Statewide HCBS E/D Wavier Program. Services include: Information and Referral, In-Home Assistance, Senior Citizen Services, Personal Care Services, Home-Delivered Meals, Personal Emergency Response System, Home Modifications and Repairs, Assistive Technology, Adult Day Care and Medicaid Waivers.
