Helping Make Christmas Special
The United Methodist Neighborhood Centers of Memphis (UMNC) is helping make Christmas special by hosting a toy store for children and families who need a helping hand during this holiday season. Toys may include items such as: dolls, puzzles, riding toys, footballs, basketballs, radios, electronic games, watches and cosmetics. The store may also provide clothing items such as gloves, socks, sports jerseys, coats and jackets. The toy store will be open from December 13 to December 16 at 3000 Walnut Grove Road in Memphis. UMNC has been serving and caring for the community of Memphis for over a century. In addition to their annual toy store program, they offer several other services including a child development center for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years old. They also provide food, clothing and financial assistance to families throughout Memphis who are in need. UMNC is dedicated to providing compassionate and loving service to help individuals look forward to a brighter future. If you would like to know more about UMNC, please call 901-323-4993.
